At first, I really didn't think that online school was a good idea, but I've changed my mind. Thus far it has been excellent and I am not a "computer person". This also means learners can complete training on a flexible schedule and from the comfort of their own home. For those who don't have access to a computer at home, completion of required training can be done at local libraries and community centers. Training records are stored digitally, so training is "portable" to other school districts if should happen to relocate or wish to work in neighboring districts. I completed my training for the Indianapolis school district but recently moved to Miami.
