Follow the instructions below to obtain credit: Professional Learning Units (PLU) To obtain PLU credit from the Georgia Department of Education (GADoE), you must do the following: 1.) Purchase and complete a GADoE approved training program(s). 2.) Print out your EDTrainingCenter Certificate of Completion for the training program(s). 3.) Download and print out the GADoE form and fill it out and submit it to the GADoE. Accredited Programs: Teaching Foundations - 45 Hours - Accredited for 4 PLUs Keeping Students Safe! - 20 Hours - Accredited for 2 PLUs

The information below is not yet fully complete as we finalize our credit award system with Newman University for the coming semester.

Graduate Credit

Graduate credit is available from Newman University. The number of credits available will vary with the program(s) you are completing (see below). You will have to complete the following steps:

1.) Click HERE to go to the Newman University website to "register" for the course. This is necessary so that you will appear within their student records and they will have record of the credit.

2.) Pay the fees for the college credits:

Teaching Foundations - 3 Semester Hour Credits - Cost -

Keeping Students Safe - 1 Semester Hour Credit - Cost

3.) EDTrainingCenter instructors will report to Newman University all students who have completed the training program(s) within a given semester. Once we have reported your completion to Newman University, they will issue you the credits you have earned.
