Director's Corner
Our customer school districts are provided with an administrative login known as the "Director" login. Directors have the ability to:
1.) Review their employees' training progress and completion including a full transcript and all Certificates of completion;
2.) Run and schedule reports for entire groups of learners; and
3.) Access the file Repository where necessary instructional documents for both Directors and employees may be kept on-hand.
Director's Tutorials
We are working on creating more video tutorials to walk you through the use of our administrative login to verify learner progress and completion. We will be adding to the list below, so do check back with us.
THIS VIDEO IS BEING REVISED CURRENTLY. Written instructions are as follows:
1.) Login and click the Go to My Training> link. Click the Manage link on the left side of the following page.
2.) Click User Manager, then User Editor. The User Editor window will open.
3.) Click the icon of the paper and magnifying glass at the top of the window to Search. Enter part/all of your learner's first name, last name, or user id (email) and click to search.
4.) The system will list all learners meeting your search, click on the learner's name to open his/her information. Once the user's information loads, click the View Records / Reopen Courses tab to see open the learner records window.
5.) Click the View Records / Reopen Courses tab again to see learner records. Click the Career Development tab and then the Certificates tab subsequently to view or retrieve learner Certificates of completion.

This video shows the steps to utilize the two basic Learner Completion Reports we've created for the Introductory Teacher Training Program.
This allows you to retrieve and export the records of groups of
learners.
Repository Manager: District Policies Directory
This video demonstrates the Repository Manager feature available to Directors. The Repository contains generic documents like Instruction Sheets which you may download at any time. It is also where we store all the documents which districts provide to their learners through the District Policies Directory feature. The video will show you how you may upload and update documents for your District's Policies Directory page using the Repository Manager.
