Product Description
The Introductory Teacher Training provides a solid foundation for the new or substitute classroom educator. Preparation, knowledge, and a wide variety of skills are required in order to be effective and professional in this position.
This training program includes five separate Courses and associated Final Exams:
- * Substitute Teaching 101
- * Advanced Classroom Management
- * Instructional Strategies
- * Exceptional Student Education
- * Working with At-Risk Youth
NEED TO KNOW:
- - You must pass the Final Exam for each Course with a grade of 80% within 2 attempts.
- - All Exams results are visible to the school district(s).
- - Learners who fail to pass a Final Exam will be required to purchase* a make-up Exam in order to complete the training program.
- - Most districts require completion of all five Courses and Exams but a handful do not. You may find this information in your printed materials provided by the district as well as our Policies Director.
* Some districts pay for their learners to use the program but expect learners to pay for the make-up Exam if they fail a Final Exam.
